Is CrossFit for me?
Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.
Do I need to be in shape to do CrossFit?
No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CF Eagan. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.
Do you have shower facilities?
Yes! We have two large rooms with their own private shower. We have them stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, extra hair binders, wipes and blow dryers.
Do you offer punch cards?
We offer 5, 10, 20 and 30 class punch cards.
Do you offer a Military discount?

Do you have a class reservation system?
We use Wodify for class reservations and it is also where our WOD is posted.
Do you have weekend classes?
We offer a Saturday morning CrossFit class at 9:00am . Our full class schedule can be found under the “course schedule” tab.
